Siesta Seen COUNTY COMMISSIONER VENTS FRUSTRATIONS OVER DELAY IN SETTLING CHRIS BROWN���S LAWSUIT; SKA AGAIN SEEKS MORE CODE ENFORCEMENT STAFF By Rachel Brown Hackney Editor County Attorney Stephen DeMarsh told the Sarasota County Commission this week that his office is ���very close��� to resolving an issue that has delayed the lawsuit settlement the county tentatively reached last month with Siesta Village property owner Chris Brown. DeMarsh said he expected to have a document for board approval within a couple of weeks. The discussion arose with a question from Commissioner Joe Barbetta on March 19, during the board���s regular meeting in Sarasota.
