"I have always had a passion for working
with historical buildings and touching projects no one else wanted," Gallagher said in

its master plan of making a more vibrant and
memorable downtown."
Gallagher earned a Bachelor of Science in
environmental design from the University of
Massachusetts and a Master of Architecture
from the University of Colorado, the release
