Unlike other festivals, with this one, there's no infrastructure for accepting submissions, and no filmmakers will be able to attend this weekend's festivities. Like most things, "it comes back to the budget," Diouri says. Screening tickets cost But the festival keeps growing, and Diouri either $8.50 or $10. % notes the Film Society has been "very generous" in sponsoring the event and hosting it at Burns Court. She hopes that will continue. And as for the festival getting even bigger, well, that might be out of her control. She only got three hours of sleep the night before we spoke.
