During the USRowing event, the facility won
raves from those who saw it for the first time
and perhaps even greater praise from people
who have watched its transformation over the
years.
The biggest compliment, one might say, could
come on Sept. 2. That is the day the Congress
of the Fédération Internationale des Sociétés
d'Aviron — the International Federation of
Rowing Associations (FISA) — will announce
whether Benderson Park will host the 2017
World Rowing Championships. %
