Arrested at age 16, Campagna was originally charged with 27 felonies. "I don't think I need to convey the gravity of that," he told attendees of the Community Alliance of Sarasota County's Legislative Breakfast of Champions on Oct. 17. But teen court turned Campagna's life around, helping him complete 150 hours of community service and graduate from high school, college and, eventually, law school.
