MATTISON'S SEEKS LEASE EXTENSION Chef Paul Mattison's lease of city-owned property on Lemon Avenue expires at the end of September. He replaced a hot dog ven- dor with an outdoor bistro that has proven enormously popular. The city charges rent on the basis of the value of the property, levying Chef Paul Mattison on March 17 will be asking the City Commission for better lease terms in regard to his Lemon Avenue City Grille.
