A few weeks ago, Osborne reported to me through Wendy Rose, the community affairs manager in the Sheriff's Office, that the new signage on North Shell Road should eliminate the problems on that street that seemed to mul- tiply faster than spring breakers this season. During the SKA meeting, Osborne said of North Shell Road, "We have towed a lot of cars from there. We have taken a lot of com- plaints from residents in that area."
