"You're going to get pummeled by the people who do understand the rules," she says. Amadeo will be one of three speakers at a free conference on Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Bayfront Community Center whose focus will be on presenting three views of economics — from the left, the right and down the middle, to enable all prospective voters to understand "the rules." "What we hope to do is to educate people who might not be as familiar with economic top- ics," Amadeo adds — "help people understand the best way to create jobs. We feel like that is the most important issue for the economy and the election."
