Siesta Seen BID SOLICITATION FINALLY GOES OUT FOR SIESTA VILLAGE CROSSWALK LIGHTING; PARKING AND TOWING ISSUES POP UP AGAIN By Rachel Brown Hackney Editor It was 11 months ago during a Siesta Key Village Association meeting when Peter van Roekens, vice president of the Siesta Key Association and the Terrace East representative to the SKVA meetings, first brought up the need for better lighting of crosswalks in Siesta Village. from one side of Ocean Boulevard to the other ��� particularly in the area between the Daiquiri Deck and Gilligan���s Island Bar and Grill.
