Moreover, Barbetta said, he believed the Walmart was going to draw a lot of its business from the residents who already live in that area. Commissioner Charles Hines said he would support the rezoning as well. "I'm really struggling with the neighbors saying there'll be increased new traffic from people out of the area," he added.
