Glen Cappetta has spent a lot of hours pursuing detective work on his own to try to find
the vehicle — and driver — that struck one
of his pedicabs on Midnight Pass Road in the
early morning hours of May 18.
The owner of Sun Ride Pedicab wants very
much to see justice done in the hit-and-run
incident that injured two passengers and one
of his drivers about 2:15 a.m. that day in the
6300 block of Midnight Pass Road.
