"Detectives believe the man broke in through a locked fence," it adds. The video shows that after the man was unsuccessful in his attempt, he walked away. Detectives say the man was last seen wearing blue jeans, a camouflage long-sleeved shirt and a white and dark-colored baseball cap with writing on it, the release notes.
