Sarasota News Leader August 2, 2013 Bank of America foreclosed on the house at 7767 N. Holiday Drive in April of this year, according to Sarasota County court records. The property is slated for a Sept. 6 sale at auction, according to the Sarasota County Clerk of Circuit Court & County Comptroller Office. Joseph Dirocco, who was sentenced to a twoyear prison sentence in October 2012, still owns a home at 7748 Holiday Drive and 7736 Holiday Drive, according to county property records. Dirocco is a Sarasota businessman who also pleaded guilty to the illegal deals linked to Rich Bobka and George Cavallo. Dirocco lived in one of the homes. Page 23 Holiday Drive. At the time, Dirocco said his monthly income was $25,000, when "In, truth and fact as the defendant then and there well knew, he had a monthly income substantially less than $25,000," according to paperwork filed in U.S. District Court in Tampa in December 2010.
