TEMPLE TO INAUGURATE HIGH HOLY DAY SEASON WITH SELICHOT
Members of the public are warmly invited to
inaugurate the Jewish High Holy Day season
with Selichot services at Temple Emanu-El in
Sarasota on Saturday, Aug. 31, the Temple has
announced.
A gala President's Reception, featuring homemade desserts, will begin at 7:30 p.m., and the
changing of the Torah mantles and Selichot
service will begin at 8 p.m., a news release
says.
