San Francisco's "Exploratorium" — a recognized center of excellence for science
museums.
The building is expensive to operate, with
an average electric bill of $4,500 per month.
Tucker estimates it needs a minimum of
$150,000 in repairs. But for a qualifying
organization, the rent is hard to beat. GWIZ
