Sarasota News Leader January 10, 2014 Page 76 TWO SARASOTA MEN ARRESTED ON SEXUAL BATTERY CHARGES Two men have been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual battery case that necessitated a Jan. 6 deployment of the Sarasota Police Department's SWAT team to a 17th Street residence in Sarasota, the department has announced. According to the report, the victim said she was at a restaurant with both men on Sunday night; she had gone there to ask Serrano for money to buy gas. She told officers that both men drank numerous beers and she had a couple of tequila shots, the report continues. However, she said the men did not appear intoxicated, the report adds.
