"This alternate was to change all of the concrete sidewalks to standard brick pavers," he pointed out. "At this time, we are just changing the pavers in the main esplanade along the parking lot. We couldn't pick up the full alternate at this time." The esplanade will provide pedestrians, bicy- clists and even rollerbladers a pathway from one end of the park to the other without hav- ing to contend with parking lot traffic.
