Residents Association (LKRA), was one of
those who contacted the county commission-
ers about the project. In an April 25 email, he
expressed alarm that the work had opened up
a "Pandora's Box."
"To say the least, I am very disappointed that
the Ritz management did not inform [the
Lido Key Residents Association board] of this
work," he wrote. "From what I have been told,
some of our members who live next door to
the Ritz were notified prior to work starting
and they did not inform [the board] either."
