County Administrator Tom Harmer con- curred with Patterson, saying he would make sure the business plan comes back to the commissioners before they approve the con- struction contract. According to the timeline presented by staff on May 7, the county will vote in October on a construction contract with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The project is expected to be completed in July 2015.
