The Sarasota County Fire Department sent its Hazmat Section to analyze the latter, the report continues. Interviews with the suspects determined that King "is an active methamphetamine cooker who was living on the library property for approximately one month," the report adds. Detectives arrested Raymond King, 28, and Tiffany Stoltz, 23, both of whom have prior drug arrests, the release notes. "Detectives learned King sent associates to buy pseudo- ephedrine at local pharmacies and provided them with meth in exchange for their services," the release says. Both suspects are charged with felony counts of Possession of Listed Chemicals with Intent to Manufacture and Attempt to Manufacture Methamphetamine. Deputies responded to the 12000 block of Rosaro Avenue just after midnight and found the victim, 43-year-old Gustavo Yepez-Mora, had been stabbed in the left side of his abdo- men, allegedly during an altercation with Mario Blackbull, a news release says. "The victim told detectives he has known Blackbull for about two years," the release adds.
