The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office has arrested a West Palm Beach man caught on camera stealing a purse at a bar in Siesta Key Village. Early Tuesday morning, July 1, the victim told the manager at the Beach Club that someone had stolen her purse, a news release says. The manager watched surveillance video, which shows the crime and then the suspect leaving the property. However, the suspect returned to the bar a short time later and was detained by security staff until deputies arrived, the release points out.
