Results of a "risk assessment" released in mid-June gave a very unflattering review of its operations. The findings will be discussed by the city commissioners on Monday eve- ning, July 21, under "New Business" on their regular agenda. The mini-audit's exec- utive summary cited 10 findings, starting with "lack of a clear understanding of ITD personnel responsibilities." It also called out "minimal cross training … limited stan- dardization … minimal understanding of why things fail …. no current and accurate network diagrams" and other issues. The audit was conducted by ReliaQuest, which has offices in Tampa, Atlanta, Chicago and Washington, D.C.
