Johnson, 17, was located on Aug. 1 at a motel in the 1700 block of Tamiami Trail in Venice and arrested. (His last known address was 504 Collins Road, Unit 2, Apt. 3, in Nokomis, the arrest report states.) He was charged with Discharging a Firearm from a Vehicle in the Shamrock Park case. Ultsch said he had had "numerous escalating disputes" with Johnson over the past year, the report notes. He told the detective that when- ever Johnson sees him, Johnson attempts to fight him, adding that Johnson had made com- ments indicating he knows where Ultsch lives, the report continued. Therefore, Ultsch has been afraid of retaliating whenever Johnson confronts him, the report pointed out.
