I listened to Commissioner Caragiulo and I went to one of his meetings, and it appeared to me he tried to consider everybody���s point of view. Finding that middle ground is going to be tough, but I think clearly we have to re-evaluate it. ��������� Lumpkin: I do, yes. That���s a balancing act. You have some who want a more vibrant downtown, which I do as well. Part of that [is] re-evaluating the sound ordinance to allow for live music, maybe a little louder or for a longer time. Maybe an entertainment overlay district is the answer. Do you support Paul Caragiulo���s efforts to re-evaluate the noise ordinance? I believe there���s a middle ground that is going to help everybody. ��������� Theisen: You can re-evaluate it if you like, but I can���t imagine any other determination than saying you are going to have to cut it back at 10 o���clock.
