Sarasota News Leader February 22, 2013 Page 88 OBITUARY BRUCE L. MANILLA Bruce L. Manilla, 83, of Williamsburg, VA, and formerly of Sarasota, passed away on Feb. 13, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Manilla. An entrepreneur, Bruce was a professional artist and art show promoter. Loving nature and spending time outdoors, he was a master gardener who particularly enjoyed flowers. He was a member of Selby Gardens in Sarasota. nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two great-grandchildren on the way. The family received friends on Monday, Feb. 18, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 2 p.m. at St. Bede Catholic Church, 3686 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, VA, with interment in the St. Bede Gardens.
