The EOC, 911 Center and the county's Call Center are located in the county's Administration Center on Ringling Boulevard in downtown Sarasota. Wilkinson Elementary School is the back-up site for the EOC if a Shovels stand ready in the dirt adjacent to the tent where people are gathered for the Emergency Operations Center groundbreaking ceremony.
