FOUNDERS GARDEN CLUB MAKES DONATION TO MEALS ON WHEELS
Meals on Wheels accepted 400 gifts and 200

from the Founders Garden Club of Sarasota at
the group's annual Tree Decorating Workshop
and lunch at Spanish Point, the club has
announced.
The event was held on Dec. 10.
On hand to accept the donations was Terry
McGannon, executive director of the Sarasota
chapter of Meals on Wheels.
Mimi Hernandez is the club president. Gina
Gregoria is the club's community projects
chairwoman, who spearheaded the effort to
gather and wrap gifts, a news release says.
