Another characterizes the most recent City Commission dia- logue on the subject as "toxic." On Tuesday, March 18, frustration con- t i n u e d t o b u i l d i n t h e S a r a s o t a County Commission Chambers over the issue of a come-as-you-are homeless shelter. And the mounting frustration may be a pre- cursor to a tense meeting on April 1, when the City and County commissions will address the shelter project during a joint session that already had been planned.
