A NECESSARY UNDERTAKING
To emphasize the need for the PDRP, Wreford
showed the audience two slides taken of the
Bolivar Peninsula near Galveston, TX, in
2008. The first was shot before Hurricane Ike
made landfall; the second, six days later. "[It]
looks like nuclear winter," Wreford said of
the "after" photo.
