BAUHAUS AND THE ENVIRONMENT
New College of Florida���s recently constructed Academic Center features a number of forward-thinking techniques and strategies to reduce the building���s environmental impact, such as carbon dioxide room sensors that measure air quality, toilets that flush using rainwater collected from underground tanks and cisterns and highly-reflective roofing and paving materials that reduce heat
