His works have won numerous awards at jur-
ied art competitions in the United States and
Russia. "To share his passion and expertise,"
he founded the Renaissance School of Art in
Sarasota, where he teaches a formal curric-
ulum and educates his students in classical
drawing and painting, the release points out.

Palmerio is a graduate of the Pennsylvania
Academy of Fine Arts and the Barnes
Foundation in Philadelphia, the release
continues. His works are in private collections
throughout the country, and he previously
exhibited at the Coutts Museum in Kansas
as one of the "100 National Parks Artists,"
the release notes. He also has completed
large murals for the city of Philadelphia,
the Acme Market Corp. in Great Valley, PA,
and Motivation Inc. in the Orlando Airport.
Further, he has served as artist-in-residence
for Everglades National Park and the Great
Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado, the
