The Arlington Park Pool, located at 2650 Waldemere St. in Sarasota, will close Monday, Feb. 10, for about six months for renovations, Sarasota County has announced. The renovations, which are being funded and directed by the City of Sarasota, will involve different aspects of the facility, a news release says. The project will focus on the pump room operations, with the filters, pumps and heaters to be replaced with more modern equipment, it adds.
