Karin Murphy and Andrew Georgiadis will spearhead the effort to reorient the zoning effort from the current Euclidian zoning method to the modern "form-based code." Newly elected Commissioner Chapman had a flurry of questions for Murphy. "Is this citywide or a review in transitional zones where neighborhoods abut commercial areas?" she asked.
