Siegel has until Feb. 21 to pay those liens, Preisser said. If not, interest will be added to the amounts, according to county documents Preisser provided the News Leader. Copies of the documents were emailed to Siegel late on the morning of Feb. 3, Preisser added. As of mid-afternoon on Feb. 12, he told the News Leader, the county's Code Enforcement Department had received no request for a lien reduction hearing.
