The appearance before the Special Magistrate could come within three to five days after the issuance of an Affidavit of Violation, Preisser pointed out. Altogether, Preisser said, it could take 30 to 60 days to go through that legal process. Among the items on the punch list are a requirement for seven utility easements to the county, the installation of watercourse buffer plantings "consistent with the approved … plan dated August 10, 2010," the completion of the removal of all nuisance and invasive vegetation on the property, the flushing of sediment from all storm pipes, a certifica- tion of the integrity of the storm basin by a structural engineer, compliance of landscap- ing with the permitted plans and submittal of a photometric lighting plan to the zoning administrator for review and approval.
