A hearing tentatively has been set for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 11, in the 12th Judicial Circuit Court in the latest effort by Bob's Boathouse to remain open while the own- ers try to complete a "punch list" Sarasota County has deemed necessary if the restau- rant is to continue operating.
