Gallo, 27, was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, as well as with one count each of Burglary with a Battery and Battery; Kelsey Eagans, 26, also of the Proctor Road residence, was charged with three counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance within 1,000 feet of a School. An officer working undercover had met with Kelsey in early January, the report explains, to purchase "a quantity of suspect MDMC." The officer said he purchased MDMC on two other occasions at the same location, the report adds. The investigation is ongoing, the news release continues. At that time, Gallo came out of the home with two other men the vic- tim did not know, the report says. Gallo then made a remark to the victim's friend about a tattoo on the friend's hand before reaching into the vehicle through the open window and beginning to punch the friend in the face, the report notes. At that point, the victim and his friend saw one of the other men pull a gun from his waistband. The victim jumped back in the car, and as he backed out of the drive- way, he told deputies he heard Gallo yell, "Shoot his a**."
